About this project

This ERP software project was designed as a comprehensive solution to manage core business functions such as finance, inventory, supply chain, human resources, and customer relations. The system aimed to centralize business data into a unified platform, promoting seamless collaboration across departments and providing decision-makers with real-time, accurate insights. By integrating various business processes into one system, the ERP allows businesses to streamline their operations, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall performance.

The ERP's features include financial management tools for tracking accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting, giving businesses clear oversight of their finances. The human resources module automates tasks such as payroll, attendance tracking, and performance reviews, improving HR efficiency. It also integrates inventory and supply chain management to track stock levels in real-time, optimize procurement, and enhance vendor relationships. Sales and CRM functionalities enable businesses to manage leads, customer data, and order fulfillment from a single platform, driving better customer service and sales performance. Real-time data and customizable reporting dashboards allow businesses to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), while automated workflows streamline repetitive tasks like invoicing, order processing, and procurement approvals.

Built with ReactJS for dynamic user interfaces, the system's backend uses Python (Django) for its scalability and security. PostgreSQL ensures robust data storage, and AWS cloud infrastructure guarantees high availability and security. The system also supports API integrations with third-party tools like email marketing platforms, payment gateways, and shipping services, creating a more cohesive and efficient workflow.

The implementation of this ERP system greatly enhanced operational efficiency by automating tasks, providing real-time data, and fostering collaboration between departments.
